Located in downtown Portland, Oregon, The Governor Hotel is a historically significant hotel that features large event spaces and ball rooms. The hotel commands higher room rates than surrounding competitors and we created a hotel digital marketing strategy that focused on increasing conversion rates by showcasing features and amenities of the hotel.
During 2 years of working with The Governor Hotel, we helped drive a 24% increase in mid-level room rate conversions and a 14% increase in their highest level of room rate conversions. With a hotel room conversion rate that is higher, the cost per conversion dropped 23% in all digital channels.
