Movie night: Networking of another era

Remember movie night at the local Drive-In?

Those of us of a certain age recall climbing into the backseat and watching the movie on a large screen with our parents. Everyone from the town was there and people would walk to the snack stand and meet friends. People would come together. A movie night was a very big deal.

Well, it’s a different era and a different kind of medium, but we are pleased to announce another movie night that is a very big deal.

Flip The Switch will begin a limited release starting in the fall.

And why is it a big deal?

The UN Sustainable Development Goals start with a most ambitious one: No Poverty. It ends with perhaps the most important step to achieve this goal, and the others as well: Goal Number 17: Partnerships in Action. “Strengthen the means of implementation and revitalize the global partnership for sustainable development,” the goal states.

As Hogan Lovells Partner Adrian Walker says, “You need to work in great partnerships with people doing incredible things.”

This is the key to change. Systemic change comes with the combined energy of many. This film is one such partnership that over the next year will help inspire and connect people in meaningful ways to do incredible things!

When we talk to clients about going Off Road, we know it’s not a catchphrase. The name, the metaphor, the idea works for us because it defines our work. With every client, we head off into the unknown and find new and creative ways to help them reach their goals.
